Covering the area of 24,000 square meters, with standard plant of 13,800 square meters, and the annual output of USD6,000,000, our company boasts powerful technical strength, with 30 technical engineers and 5 senior engineers.

Our company has established full computer management network and quality assurance system, and is equipped with Xuepu analyzer, mechanics test, metallographic analysis and intercrystalline corrosion equipments for testing the chemical components of the materials, wheel rotor balance equipment for testing pump performance, and the state grade B computer test rig of hydrodynamic performance, which have guaranteed top product quality.

Our company adopts AOD electric cooker smelting for various kinds of alloy steel and cast steel we produced, so the products' chemical components, mechanical capability and metallography analysis can all reach the standards of the American AST351. Cast steel of valve types have passed PED certification and cast steel of pump types have ever exported to America, Germany, France, and Japan, etc. Our company not only has resin foundry, but also has model fusing foundry, and the heaviest cast steel can reach about 3 metric tons. The stainless steel smithing ball and stainless steel flange produced by our company have already had a long history and been sold both at home and abroad.
